CCCNJ Youth Group: CCCNJ Volleyball Tournament Sign-Up

Hi all,

I just want to remind you to fill out the attached Volleyball Registration
form if you are interested in playing in the CCCNJ volleyball tournament.
The draft for the Youth/College league will take place this upcoming
Tuesday.  So therefore in order to be placed on a v-ball team, we need to
receive your filled out form by this Sunday, June 28th.  You do *not *have
to pay the $10 fee for the T-shirt by this Sunday.  You simply need to fill
out the form and hand it in to one of the V-ball representatives, either
Gary Lee or me (Janas Caruncho).  If you do not see me this Sunday, then
please put it in my church mailbox.
