CCCNJ Youth Group: HIGH SCHOOL ONLY lockin and Community Service NYC - Saturday Oct 18.

for High school students only:
Deadline for signing up for the cccnj lockin and for the community service
project is this Wednesday, the 15th.  Please note that you must attend both
the lockin and the community service in NYC.  We will be going to
Instituteof Collaborate Education, 345 East 15th Street (Between 1st
and 2nd Ave)
 5th Floor where we will help paint classrooms, organize the classrooms, do
whatever they need.  Please dress appropriately for getting dirty and
painting and moving things.  No flip flops, only sneakers or work boots.  Do
NOT bring in anything that will not fit in your pockets b/c there is no safe
place for personal items.

for the lockin, please bring sleeping bag, clothes, toiletry items.  The
lockin starts after our Friday nite program.  We will be leaving for NYC at
7.30AM the next day and should arrive back to CCCNJ around 4 pm the latest.

*PLEASE LET US KNOW by email BEFORE WEDNESDAY IF YOU ARE COMING.*

Cost is $20 per person for Friday nite snacks, Sat breakfast and lunch and
parking and gas.

attached are *TWO* permission slips that you can print and fill out to bring
with you on Friday.  No slips, no trip for you. One slip for CCCNJ, one for
the organization for community service.

community service is organized by NY city group and the date is not under
