Announcements
(1) PRIME —will be meeting today from 6-8pm in the choir room (3rd floor). All post-college
graduates and young adults are invited to attend
(2) Parent Appreciation Banquet (Aug. TBD):— CCCNJ will be hosting an outreach Parent
Appreciation Banquet in August, exact date and time will be announced shortly.
Nursery and child care (grades 1-5) will be provided. But we need your help! Please go
to the table outside the Sanctuary after the service to obtain an invitation or find out
more information. We need volunteer cooks, waiters, table hosts, decorators, and
more! Email

(3) English Congregation Picnic (Sat. Jul. 31)— Please save the date for July 31,
Saturday, 11am -4 pm, as we will have our annual picnic at Volunteer Park in Lake
Hiawatha, only 5 minutes away from the church. If you would like to join us but have not

Direction from CCCNJ: Turn left on South Beverwyck Rd., go past Rt.46 onto North
Beverwyck Rd., go past Vail Road junction, take the second right onto Claudine Terrace
(before the Super Foodtown), road becomes Crescent Dr. as it bears right. Entrance to
the park is on the left.
(4) Baptismal Service (Aug. 8): —There will be a baptismal service on August 8, Sunday. Those
who are interested in getting baptized, please contact Pastor Manny (for youths), and
Pastor Janas (for college students and adults). Baptismal classes will be announced at
a later date.

Interested in Small Groups? — We have several small groups to meet your needs, for your age group and stage of
life. If you've been to our church for awhile or have come recently, and you are looking to fellowship with brothers
and sisters in Christ outside Sunday worship service, please contact

Prayer Requests
1. Pray for Pastor Pigott and family in their adjustment to the new environment, ministry,
and needs.
2. Pray for safety, peace, and comfort to all victims and those involved in the rescuing efforts
from the various flooding, and over heating disasters around the world.
3. Pray for the Taiwan Short Term Mission members to be loving witnesses for Christ through
words, actions, and love towards one another.
